You get to know your team leader and a colleague from HR. The aim of the meeting is to get first impressions and to clear up open questions. We reserve about an hour for the first interview.
In the second interview you will get to know your future team and you will find out more details about WEKA, the products and the area of responsibility.
We invest three to four hours of time and give you an authentic insight into the WEKA culture and your future area of responsibility, so that you and we can make a good decision afterwards.
