StandardLine

Magnetic visual level indicators for pressures up to 50 bar (5 MPa) and temperatures up to 400°C are standard at WEKA.

Whether water or heating oil, whether toxic or explosive (ATEX / IECEx) – at WEKA, all this is standard.

Thanks to the lying bar magnet, WEKA can offer a large number of float types for diverse parameters. On this basis, we build bypass and top of tank indicators according to the European directive (PED) or the American standard (ANSI / ASME).

Due to the magnetic principle, we are bound to non-magnetisable materials. The material group 316/316L or 1.4401/1.4404/1.4435/1.4436 and the pressure rating essentially determine the standard.

In all three pressure ratings (6 / 28 / 50 bar), EN and ANSI connections are already included as standard. Whether flange, thread or welding ends, the basic type including connections can be determined with simple pressure/temperature diagrams (p/T diagrams). Since there is the suitable float for all types, which WEKA chooses according to the process data, all that remains is the selection of the gauge bar, whose variety is available for all types.

All this is offered by the WEKA StandardLine!
