The engineers and designers of WEKA developing valves and components for the cryogenics as well as for level measurement technology, on the highest standard. They are committed its comprehensive training and modern work equipment, drawing on years of experience with high practical relevance. Moreover, they turn to the WEKA project management system, which is both smaller customer orders, as well as complex developments optimally supported.

Service and Support

For us, it is important to ensure our customers receive all-round service. That means our commitment to our customers goes far beyond delivering the product. Our engineers and installers are available to provide our services worldwide. 

Whether for repairing breakdowns or commissioning new plants in which our products are installed, the expertise of our skilled technicians is always at our customers’ service.

After discussing the situation and setting an appointment, we will be there for our customers, directly on site.

Given our years of experience, we can solve many problems on the spot without even removing the components, which allows for quicker resumption of operation.

For new customers, we will also gladly hold instruction sessions for first-time applications. This is a valuable preventive measure, given that our technologies can become very intricate, especially in cryogenics applications.
